The quantity of the panels can determinate the quality of the drawing, less panels means more attention, time, and space for each one.

As a full comic, it need backgrounds for placement context. The background is not granted in every panel, it depends on the visual narrative.
The number of characters per panel must be consistent and not cover unnecessary characters for the panel, nor will they be full body on each panel.
