If you don't want full body, there's no discount or price reduction, this is the minimum I'll charge.
If the character design is heavy on details I'll reduce and simplify the design to fit the cartoony style.
•X is included in the base price, for SFW works I do a discount of $10USD (See terms of services 3.3.1.)

•Rough and quick full body drawing made with pencil-style brushes with flat color included, it is the drawing prior to full shading. $30USD
