Payment methods

• Payments are accepted through Paypal, TransferWise, Stripe, and USDT (like binance). Mostly USD.

Conditions

• If you place an order I assume that you have read all the terms and conditions. These terms apply if your order was placed after the last update. (27/06/25)
• I reserve the right to refuse an order. (No explanation)
• Payment after reviewing the first sketch, minimum 50% or 100% upfront. If the remaining 50% is not paid, the finished work will not be delivered.
• There are no refunds of the upfront payment if the remaining is not paid. There are no refunds in circumstances of dissatisfaction. Only refunds on works that I can't start/complete due to external problems and if the client doesn't want to wait.
• You can cancel your order after the sketch and before the payment, but your slot will be cancelled too. You can get a slot again in the waiting-list and wait.
• Some services contain extra prices besides the listed ones depending on their nature and complexity (see more in commission prices)
• If you want something that is not included in the commissions sheet, you can ask for it. I don't guarantee the service.
• Only two revisions in sketch will be made, if more changes are required, an extra 10% per revision will be charged. There is a guarantee of a final free revision for minor changes or errors. For big changes there's an extra cost.
• An extra % will be charged for each alternative drawing you want from every drawing. The price varies depending on the amount of needed re-draw. Ask first.
• Suitable for personal use, credits required. For commercial use there is 50% cost of the total, you may inform me about it.
• IIf you require the editable files for job reasons (psd, clip), an extra 30% of the total will be charged (this is not applicable for animations/gif).
• All the work done can be shown in my portfolio or social media unless it is explicitly requested like a private / anonymous commission. Please tell me.
• If you place an order without having read the terms of use and service, I am not responsible for dissatisfaction or claims in my way of working. If you read this first you gain 30% discount in your first order, only new clients.
